Please note we occasionally ship on  Friday, but never on Saturdays or Sundays. We process and ship all orders Monday through Thursday in the order in which they are received. Dash of Glitter ships daily, we make it our goal to get you your merchandise out as soon as possible.

When accessories pictured are no longer available, an accessory matching the set/dress replaces it.

RETURN INFORMATION

Returns are eligible within 14 business days from  the date your package shows DELIVERED :)

Please make sure you check your package upon arrival to ensure that everything is fine!

Orders that have been personalized are NOT eligible for a return/ or a store credit. They are FINAL SALE

Orders that are sent in to be exchanged will have to pay to have the item shipped back out again.

Items that are RETURNED for any reason at all- will be issued a STORE credit only! There will not be any credit card refunds. You will get a coupon code

to use with us!

ANY item that is clearance- or goes on clearance during the time your item leaves our warehouse-  will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange 

ORDER CANCELATIONS

Orders can NOT be canceled once they are placed- If you wish to get your money back,then you will need to follow the RETURN POLICIES



RUSH SHIPPING

RUSH SHIPMENTS  are shipped out WITHIN 24 hours from the time you order! You MUST EMAIL us at janeann@dashofglitter.com in order for the RUSH shipment to be processed

If you DO NOT email us-then we will not know your order is a RUSH shipment and you will not be refunded the $10 RUSH shipment fee.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible! 5/7 Business Days or Sooner! Holiday times are up 7/10 Business Days!!!

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages

Packages that are undeliverable/refused/NSN 

1) If you chose to have it resent out- you will have to pay shipping cost again

2) If you chose to not have it sent back out then you will be issued a store credit- Please note that with this option you will not get the original shipping cost back- the cost of the return shipping from USPS and will be charged a restocking fee

Monograms

All monograms are Vinyl. When choosing the monogram options, up to 7 additional days may be needed to complete. Personalized items can NOT be returned or exchanged.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Closed- NOV. 21st. Will reopen NOV. 26th

Closed - DEC. 20th. Will reopen DEC. 27th

Closed- DEC. 31st. Will reopen JAN. 3rd

FAQ- PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DEPENDING ON VOLUME, WE MAY NOT ANSWER EMAILS THAT CAN FIND ANSWERS HERE OR ON THE INFORMATION PAGE--- DO NOT EMAIL IF YOU CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION YOURSELF VIA THE WEBSITE, THIS TAKES TIME AWAY FROM SHIPPING AND PERSONALIZATIONS

1) Shipping- Holiday shipping times CAN be 7/10 business days- usually ship within 5/7 business days. Occasionally we can get them out in 3/4!!!
2) Personalized items can take up to an additional week to ship out
3) Our outfits run TRUE TO SIZE- I would never recommend sizing up!
4) PRE ORDER INFORMATION- IF YOU ORDER ANY PRE ORDER /PRE SALE ITEMS WITH REGULAR STOCK ITEMS--- PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL SHIP TOGETHER WHEN THE PRE ORDER/PRE SALE ITEMS ARRIVE TO US. There is a SEPARATE ship option you may purchase that will allow your STOCK items to ship and THEN PRE ORDER/PRE SALE items to ship when those arrive.
